What are SewTites and How to Use them - a video review

, by Tara Swiger, 1 min reading time

We absolutely love this this video review of SewTites by Laura of SewVeryEasy. She gives a demonstration of how the magnets work, along with your options (Dots, Mix, Magnums, and Tula Pink hearts).

Laura also shares so many ideas for how you can use SewTites in your sewing, including:

  • Using SewTites to hold together fabric you can't use pins on (like leather, cork, vinyl). (1:28)
  • What to remember when using them with your sewing machine. (2:29)
  • Handsewing - in English Paper Piecing, you can use the smaller dots to hold small pieces together and the longer magnets for sewing together longer rows. (3:35)
  • Basting your quilt together before quilting it. (4:18)

Thank you for the wonderful video, Laura!
